    \ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Co Lo D 0 15397, dated October 18, 1966 to Los Angeles County Flood Control District, deed conveying parcel of land described therein, in City of Industry, California, excepting all minerals and mineral rights reserved in deed recorded September 14, 1962 in Book D-1756, page 300, of Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, conveyance subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1966-67 and conditions, restrictions, reservations, easement and encum­brances of record, be and the same is hereby ratified approved and confirmedo On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C0 L0 Do 15438, easement dated August 9, 1966 to Los Angeles County Flood Control District to operate, maintain and remove a 36” reinforced concrete storm drain under and across property described therein, in City of Industry, California, subject and subordinate to the right of the Land Company to grant others right to use the land, for the pur­pose of construction, maintenance and use of existing or additional railroad tracks, including pipelines, conduits, power and other electric lines; Land Company reserves right to itself to use and -3
