Thereafter the District shall pay monthly to the Union Pacific on or before the tenth day of each succeeding month the sum of Twelve Hundred Fifty Dollars ($l,2f>0.00) until Union Pacific shall have been reim­bursed for the entire coat of constructing said new pipe lines and pumping station and removing said existing pipe lines plus interest on unpaid balances thereof at the rate of four (4) per cent per annum. Uhtil the District shall have paid Uhlon Pacifie in full the amounts required to be paid under the provisions of this Sectici 7> the title to said new pipe- lines constructed by Union Pacific pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 hereof shall remain in Union Pacific. So long as the District shall, continue to make the monthly payments provided for in this section, the District shall have the right to possess and use the said new pipe lines. During all the time the District shall be in possession of and use said new pipe lines, the District shall at its sole cost and expense maintain said new pipe lines in accordance with sound engineering practice. When the District shall have paid in full to the Union Pacifie the amounts required to be paid under the provisions of this Section 7, Union Pacific shall convey said new pipe lines to the District. .
