Engineers present were as follows: For the Water District: Mr. Janes It. Montgomery, Consulting Engineer Mr. ft* £• Iberia Mr. H. R. Bolton Hr* W illia m J. Carroll For the Railroad Company: Mr* F. A* Hubbard Mr. 1. R. Maag During these conferences the appraisals prepared for the above mentioned companies, both by the Railroad Company engineers and the engineers for the Water District, were thoroughly discussed and comparisons mads of the values dtveloped for each of the companies on ths basis of cost of reproduction new and cost of reproduction new less depreciation as of December 31, 1950. The District Engineers have accepted our figures as to quantities. I am submitting herewith two copies of a tbree-pags statement dated June Id, 1952, showing comparison of values arrived at in the appraisals of the Railroad Company
