I agree.\ Jan. 14, 1913, 1667 Mr. H* C. Uutt, Genoral Manager. Dear Sir: I hand yon herewith some correspondence originating with complaint made by Mr. Spronle to Mr. Xruttschhitt relative to our action in building packing house for the Sutherland Fruit Company at Riverside. Incidentally, I do not holievo the packing house in question is of such an elaborate design as mentioned in the first part of Mr. Sproule's message. I wish you would write me fully just what arrangements we made with the Sutherland Fruit Company for the construction of this packing house, as well as the others that we have authorised; and in this connection advise the past and present policy of both the Santa Fe and Southern Pacific Companies in regard to the erection of packing houses, so that I may advise the Executive Committee fully the exact situation. Very truly yours, (^m)J.SOHSOlAXK eno CC- Mr. ff. H. Bancroft.
