W&M sbsBB Commencing at a connection with existing 6M cast iron main in South Fourth Street at the intersection of Fourth Place - thence continuing southerly in South Fourth Street approximately 950 feet to a connection vith existing 8W cast iron water main in St, Louis Streetj and Commencing at a connection vith the 6" cast iron vater main to be constructed in South Fourth Street as provided for above, at the intersection of El Centro Place, then vesterly in El Centro Place approximately 1*00 feet to a connection vith existing 6" cast iron vater main in Fourth Place; And the construction of a 6" cast iron fire hydrant connection, approximately 10 feet in length. The cost of constructing said vater main is the agreed sum of $1*,190.00, exclusive of the cost of constructing the aforesaid 10 feet of 6" cast iron fire hydrant connection, the expense of vhich shall be borne by the Subdivider. 2, Said vater main shall be constructed of 6" cast iron pipe and shall be in accordance vith AHWA specifications. Ail joints shall be of cement and all pipe shall be nev B & S cast iron, equal to A.W.W.A. Class 150. All fittings shall be nev, all bell, cast iron equal to A.W.W.A. Class 150, and all valve boxes shall be of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise provided by the approval of a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipes, valves and fittings shall he manufactured by Pacific States Cast iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance vith A.W.W.A. specifications, shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall there be less than 36" of covering over such vater mains.
