    IB On December 17, 1929 filing map, Drawing Ho, 32736, covering right of way for pipe line from Upper Cottonwood Springs over and across a portion of Sec. 7, T. 22 S., R. 59 E., MDB&M, to a point in said Section 7 where the said pipe line connects with the Railroad Company's pipe line from Cotton* wood Springs to its railroad station at Arden, was transmitted to the U. S, Land Office at Carson City, Nevada, together with all proofs in connection with applications to appropriate water of Upper Cottonwood Springs. Approval of this filing has not yet been received. Easements for the existing pipe line over and across the SE% of the SW% and the SW?fc of the SE$j of Sec, 23, T. 22 S., R. 60 E., to which the Railroad Company has not title, have not been secured. (See pages 35 and 36 of Supplemental Report.) Easements should be secured for pipe line right of way over and across the SE% of the SV% ana the SW% of the SE^, Sec. 23, T. 22 S., R. 60 E., as was recommended by the Law Department. (See page 42 of Supplemental Report.)
