I wired you today that Mr, Allard had advised me that the Las Vegas Land and Water Company hearing on proposed rate increases would he set for Tuesday and Wednesday, March 6th and Vth In Las Vegas. He advises me that that was the only date available and of course, there Is nothing to do hut accept It- 1 have not received any official notice thereof hut assume 1 will In due course, f W vn, ,v 1 1 think it might he well for us to plan for at least a day in advance of the hearing, to go over all of the proposed testimony, and possibly it might he well to plan to he in Las Vegas Monday, where the records of the Company are available, to line up our case.
