m A < (Personal) On lin e, February 30th, 1930. 085-355 Mr. F. R. McNamee: The attached i s self-explanatory. You are, of course, entirely fam iliar with the proposition. I t may he advisable, while Mr. Gray i s in Los Angeles during the next few days, to discuss with him the question of submitting proposed Increase in water rates at Las Vegas, to the Nevada Commission. My present view is that right now would not be an opportune time to raise our present water rates at that point. I t seems to me, however, i t would be advisable to have an informal discussion with the President while he i s in Los Angeles, and obtain his reaction. Mr. Bracken's le tte r February 18th and attachments. W ill you kindly advise your views, with return of attached papers? F. H. Knickerbocker
