Salt Lake City, Utah October 22, 119944--33 Mr. G. 0. _Fish: (00 - Mr. Walter Bracken Mr. Frank Strong) Reference Made for Referring to your letter of September 5th, file 20-334-I, suggesting that BSH series work order be issued for "tbs’ purpose of assembling cost of operating and maintaining water facilities at Las Vegas: by. our executives and, for your information and guidance, I quote the following from Mr. Connors’ letter of October 20th: ”The issuance of, work, p.r.ders should be confined to..actual expenditures for construction or maintenance work and I see no necessity for such a work order solely to assemble expense of operating existing facilities. It seems to me that there should be no difficulty in keeping track of these charges If reports are properly rendered." The subject has been under consideration D R. E. Titus
