On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider ^N^LD 1953, dated August 13, 1947, extending to October 31, 1949, term of lease Audit 10218, dated November 1, 1942, and expiring October 31, 1947, with P. 0. Miller and Merle Frehner, a parnership, covering premises to be used as site for garage and wash rack, Las Vegas, Nevada; rental S25.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. 8238, dated September 20, 1947, extending to October 14, 1948, term of agreement, Audit 10260, dated August 20, 1943, expiring October 14, 1947, with California Walnut Growers Association, covering lease of Vegetable Shed No. 4, located on East Seventh Street, Los Angeles, Calif., to be used for the storage of walnuts; rental.$150.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
