I agree.# > Mr. Wm. Reinhardt - Sheet #2 I have had several local well drillers come to my office wanting to hid on the wells but have told them that specifications have not yet been written and have referred them back to Mr. Harry E. Miller for advice as to when they will be written. In this respect I think Mr. Montgomery should write the specifications and approve the letting of the contracts. If any. Also, Mr. Montgomery should set the location of proposed wells in the field. Mr. Bennett*s memo of April indicates that arrangements have been made with the State Engineer's office for us to proceed with arrangements for drilling the new wells in advance of application. Would appreciate your advice as to what action I should take, if any, with respect to taking bids and getting this job under way as we now have only about six weeks before hot weather may be expected. Attached find one 600 foot scale map of our well properties which I have dated April 15# and which shows approximate location of proposed new wells. L. R. Haag /'
