(d-10) All valves, fittings, meters and other appurtenances of the above mentioned pipe lines. (e) All additional water production, storage, distribution and transmission facilities constructed by the First Parties, or any of them, or by any affiliated corporation, subsequent to September 1, 1952, and prior to the sale date outside of the boundaries of the land referred to in paragraph (a) of this Section 1 which connect with any of the facilities referred to in subparagraph (b) of this Section 1 or are extensions of or additions and betterments to the facilities referred to in subparagraph (d) of this Section 1 and which additional water facilities were constructed for the purpose of producing, storing, distributing or transmitting water for distribution by the Water Company, or any successor in ownership thereof, as a public utility in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, it being understood that the facilities referred to in this subparagraph (e) shall not include any water production, storage, transmission or distribution facilities constructed by the Railroad Companies subsequent to September 1, 1952, for exclusive use by said Railroad Companies as a part of their water facilities for the uses more specifically referred to in Section 3 of this agreement. (f) All of the water distribution mains and all appurtenances thereto (hereinafter called "distribution facilities") completed on or before September 1, 1952, and used or useful in the rendering of water service to customers and in the distribution of water by the Water 4.
