    The question being upon the adoption of said motion and the suspension of the rules, the roll was called with the following result:. Those voting aye: Commissioner Bunker Commissioner Moore Commissioner Peccole Mayor Pro Tem Whipple Those voting nay: None Absent: Mayor Cragin All members of the Board of Commissioners having voted in favor of said motion, the Mayor Pro Tem declared said motion carried and the rules suspended. Commissioner Moore then moved that said resolution be now placed upon its final passage and adopted. The question being upon the passage and adoption of said resolution, the roll was called with the following result: Those voting aye: Commissioner Bunker Commissioner Moore Commissioner Peccole Mayor Pro Tem Whipple Those voting nay: None Absent: Mayor Cragin The Mayor Pro Tem thereupon declared that all the Commissioners present having voted in favor thereof, said motion was carried and the said resolution duly passed and adopted. SALE OF BONDS - Date Set Commissioner Moore moved that the notices of sale on the bonds for Assessment Districts Nos. 100-3, 100-4 , 200-1 and 200-3 be given for February 28, 1951 at 3:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Fro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. PUBLICITY RELEASES Commissioner Peccole moved that all publicity releases concerning City business and activities be released by the City Manager only, and the City Clerk, directed to no- tify Department Heads of this action. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Peccole moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin. Las Vegas, Nevada January 31, 1951 A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held this 31st day of January, 1951 was called to order at the hour of 3:30 P.M. by His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple with the following members present: Commissioners Bunker, Moore and Peccole; City Manager C. W. Shelley, City Attorney Howard W. Cannon and City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. Absent: Mayor Cragin. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 100-2 This being the time heretofore set for the opening of bids for the installation of Opening of Bids improvements in Assessment District No. 100-2, His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple opened bids from the following firms: Gibbons and Reed $275,450.00 Wells Cargo Inc. 225,550.00 O. K. Nelson 299,845.00 Young & Smith Constructions 279,433.00 Dodge Construction 249,500.00 Thereafter Commissioner Moore moved the foregoing bids be referred to the City Man­ager and Comptroller for tabulation and recommendation. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor Mayor Pro Tem Whipple voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Mayor Cragin.
