Mo estisate can bo sad# at this time of the probablo cost to our companies by reason ef taxes which say be levied and collected for tho purpose of paying any obligation of the district during its organizational stage, including necessary engineering eoste and further to assist in the operational expenses of said district until said taxes are no longer required therefor. fhe assessed valuation ef the district is estisatsd at 137,000,000; of the Railroad property therein #2,500,000. and of l*n A W property $482,000.*, accordingly tho Railroad would boar about 7 percent and the J-VLdW 1.3 percent of any taxes levied by tho district. Tho htbOV water plant is assessed at #375*880. and its other property at $107,800. There is no assessment ef water rigite of the Railroad or LVLMT, or of the water facilities of the Railroad. The eosts of the acquisition of lands, water right# and of existing plants and ef the construction of additional facilities would be covered by bonds of the district payable solely from operating revenues.
