THE EXPIRATION DATE JULY 3lST IS THE DATE AFTER WHICH WE CANNOT EXERCISE WPB APPROVAL OR ITS PRIORITIES TO PROCURE MATERIALS. I SUGGESTED THAT HE IMMEDIATELY PLACE REQUISITIONS FOR ALL OF THE MATERIAL AUTHORIZED UNDER APPROVED WPB THAT HE WILL REQUIRE IN THE CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND HAVE THOSE ORDERS PLACED BEFORE JULY 31ST. IT WAS OUR INTENTION AFTER THE NEW LARGER PROJECT MAY BE APPROVED TO MAKE ANOTHER WPB APPLICATION FOR RESERVOIR AND ADDITIONAL PIPE LINES FROM WELLS 8 9 AND 10 AND FOR THE MAIN ALONG CHARLESTON ROAD TO TOWN. WITH THIS OUTLINE I THINK FS IS FULLY PROTECTED ON THE PRESENT APPROVED WPB A 90 BHP.
