Brown, representative of Black and Be&teh, an engineering firm whose address Is 4?06 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri. As I understand from Mr. Montgomery* the firm of Black and Beatch has been appointed by the District to submit an independent report as to the feasibility of Mr. Montgomery's engineering plans for furnishing additional water to the City of Las Vegas.
