Becomes Chapter 215 (page 713) Advance Sheets, 1947 Statutes. Authorizes municipalities to construct, maintain, operate, and acquire airports and air navigation facilities, either by contract or eminent domain proceedings, including the removal or control of airport hazards. • Section 6 provides that if the municipality uses eminent domain, it shall: ”in addition to the damage for the taking,, injury, or destruction of property, also pay the cost of removal or relocation of any structure, railways,; mains, pipes, conduits, wires, cables, poles or any public utility which is required to be moved to a new location.” Effective date . . . . .
