F O U R T H A N D F R E M O N T S T R E E T S LAS VEGAS, NEVADA T E L E P H O N E 6 0 1 1 TR EASU RER DIRECTOR March 14, 1955 For value received, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Nevada Mortgage and Loan Company, a Nevada Corporation, does hereby assign all of its right, title and interest in and to that certain Agreement, dated May 24, 1951 by and between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada Corpora­tion, and the Nevada Mortgage and Loan Company, a Nevada Corporation, more specifically referred to as No. N, L. D. 2466 to the Mountain View Estates, a co-partnership consisting of Ray Killingsworth and Harry M. Ostrom, cover­ing refunds on installation of water lines in that certain subdivision known as Blocks 1 and 2 of Mountain View Estates, Tract One. The Nevada Mortgage and Loan Company hereby anthorizes said refunds due under the terms of the above mentioned agreement be made to the Mountain View Estates. ' R- !G \
