Johnson) Attached, for your record and appropriate disposition, are the duplicate originals and two extra copies of agreement between LAASL-UPRRCos. and Las Yegas Valley Water District, granting the latter easement for construction, maintenance and operation of a water pipe line valve structure on 10 foot by 15 foot parcel of land at las Yegas, Nevada, In connection with construction of Its Bonansa Road feeder line. This agreement was submitted with Mr. Johnson's letter to Mr. Ritter of April 23rd, file 1-733^# and was executed by Mr. Stoddard pursuant to sale agreement dated June 1, 1953* W m j .AY 14 1953
