\ -15- Company of all moneys to which said Citrus Association might be entitled under Compact No. 3 of the said Exchange covering Insurance on said packing house; and WHEREAS, under date February 9, 1940, said Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc. assigned to Las Vegas Land and Water Company all moneys which it might be entitled to receive under the terms of said Compact No. 3 with the California Fruit Growers Exchange: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon- on behalf of said Land Company in executing jointly with Citrus Fruit Association of Ontario, "Release of Assignment of Coverage Under Mutual Indemnity Compact" (Contract Dept, No, 7570-T, dated February 9, 1940), addressed to said Exchange, notifying the Exchange to disregard said notice of assignment dated April 19, 1939; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon on behalf of said Land Company in executing jointly with Citrus Fruit Growers, Inc., "Notice of Assignment" (Contract Dept.
