On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease, N.L.D. No. 923* dated November 1, 194-2, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and P. 0. Merle Frehner, a partnership, Lessee, covering portions of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, to be used for garage and wash rack business, for term beginning November 1, 1942, and extending to October 31, 1947; rental $25.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
