No. 10307, dated November 1, 191+9, effective November 1, 191+9, to W. J. Mazzettl, Max L. Cardey and Mel Alexander, doing business as Krinard Packing Company, and again assigned by Agreement C.L.D. No. 8971+—2, dated October 29, 1953, effective November 29, 1953, bo Blue Banner Company, Inc.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement "N'TLi.D. 2735 dated September 9, 1953, with Longley Construction CQ., Inc., covering construction of approx­imately 1 2 6 * of 6 ” cast iron water main in new location on property of W. J. Moore, Jr., Lot 1, Block 5, of Desert Park Tract #2, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $350.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement ”N ”L.d . 2737, dated September 10, 1953, between LVL&WCo. called ”Flrst Party” and W. J. Moore, Jr. and Patricia D. Moore, husband and wife, collectively called ”Second Party” providing: 1. Second party shall grant the first party easement for water line in new location. -3
