Since the sale of the water distribution system and property of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I have been holding all of my Water Company files, but I am of th e opinion that they will no longer be of any use in my office. The Las Vegas Valley Water District advises me that they have no use for my files as they acquired a full set of files from the Water Company, and Mr, Bennett advises me that his office has no use for my files. If you wish the same transmitted to you, kindly let me know. Otherwise, if you have no objection, I will destroy the same so afe to make available additional filing space. CALVIN M . CORY
