1 2 3 4 5 & 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 The performance of said work, the completion thereof and payment therefor shall he at the times and In the manner provided In this Section 5* All pipe lines to be constructed (except those within the boundaries of the pumping station site described In sub- paragraph (1) of Section 1) shall be at least four feet (41) below the surface of the ground. Immediately after the work describee in subparagraphs (a) to (g) of this Section 5 has been completed and the facilities therein described placed in operation, the pipe lines and wirelines described in subparagraphs (h) to (1) of this Section 5 shall be removed from the lands of the First Parties and the surface of said lands restored to substantially the same condition existing prior to the removal thereof. Hot later than thirty (SO) days after the sale date the District shall submit to the First Parties plans and specifications for the above-mentioned work which shall provide for the construction of pipe lines with inside diameters which may be less than but shall not exceed those above set forth. The First Parties shall approve or disapprove said plans and specifications, provided that approval thereof shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Within one hundred eighty (180) days after the sale date or within one hundred eighty (180) days after the First Parties shall have approved the plans and specifications, whichever date may be later, the District shall award a contract or contracts for the performance of said work in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the First Parties. 2 6
