I understand, however, they are included in the reproduction cost developed in connection with pro­posed sale to the Water District of the production and dis­tribution systems of the two companies. It is recommended that the water lines be transferred from the Railroad to the Water Company. If water is supplied to the PFE Company from the Shop Well, Mr. Hulsizer understands the Water District will strenuously object in the event they acquire our production and distribution facilities, as they would not like to be deprived of that revenue.
