Brown Trust Officer First National Bank of Nevada Las Vegas Branch Las Vegas* Nevada Dear Mr, Brownt Res Escrow No, 12-1905 I have your letter of June 25* 195^-* enclosing copies of Pioneer Title Company’s Preliminary Report LV 35569 relating to the property described in the deed referred to in paragraph (l) of Section 3 of the original Escrow Instructions in the above mentioned escrow. The Preliminary Title Report is satisfactory to the Sellers with the exception of Item 2 of the exceptions relating to State, County and'City taxes for the year 1953* The last installment of these tax- 63 has been recently paid, and I understand that the Title Company will issue a supplement to its Preliminary Report showing that the property to be conveyed is clear of all 1953 taxes. I have discussed the report with Messrs. Frank-, lin T. Hamilton and Leo A, McNamee, attorneys for the District, and it is my understanding that the title report with this correction will be satisfactory to them. I have asked Mr, McNamee to so advise you, Mr. McNamee has asked me concerning the Preliminary Title Report to be issued by the Pioneer Title Insurance Company showing pipe line easements owned by the Water Company on the sale date. It is ray understanding that the Title Company intends to bring this report down to June 30th and to issue it on the closing date, I am sure Mr. Sweeney, of the Title Company, will make available to Mr, McNamee a list of the easements owned by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company which have been recorded as of this date.
