Boll call was taken III. President Pro-Sfeapore Comments 'She Chair stated there was some conflict between the President antl. Vice-President regarding the legality of this Senate meeting. The President feels he has the authority and power to cancel a regularly scheduled Senate meeting while the "Vice-President feels the power lies with the Presiding Officer. The Chair informed the Senate he is in agreement with the Vice-President9 therefore., the meeting will continue» A1 Kinshasa suggested the Senate begin to work cm a new CSS33T Constitution in order to clarify matters ol this nature.
