    Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. At this time the Engineering Department recommended that the improvements in McNeil Tract #4 be accepted, and the bond released. Commissioner Sharp moved that McNeil Tract #4 be accepted and the bond released. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. On motion of Commissioner Fountain, duly seconded by Commissioner Whipple, and carried unanimously, the quitclaim deed of Werner J. and Berteen Wyler for Hinkle Drive is ac­cepted and the City Clerk instructed to draw up the standard resolution accepting the deed which is hereby adopted, and the City Clerk authorized to have the deed recorded. BE IT RESOLVED, this 5th day of June, 1957; by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 23rd day of January, 1957; executed by Werner J. Wyler and Berteen Wyler, husband and wife to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes of streets; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution be filed in the records of this Board. The Commission considered the application of Otis Harris for permission to move a house from 1311 North "H" Street to 1503 North "N" Street. Supervisor of Building & Safety Art Trelease recommended that if this application is approved that approval be granted subject to the posting of a bond and agreement to bring this structure up to building and fire code regulations. Mr. Trelease fur­ther advised the Commission that this district requires a minimum building area of 1200 square feet. Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Otis Harris for a permit to move a house from 1300 North "H" Street to 1503 North "N" Street be approved subject to the posting of a bond, agreement to bring the structure up to Code and compliance with the minimum building area requirement of 1200 square feet. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Consideration was given to the application of Lester Goldring for the Package Liquor and Beer Bar license at Galen's Liquor Store, 1216 South Main Street, formerly issued to Galen Barrow, The Police Department recommendation on this applicant was favorable. Commissioner Fountain moved the application of Lester Goldring for the Package Liquor and Beer Bar license at Galen's Liquor Store, 1216 South Main Street be approved, and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to Issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Drexel R. Denton for the Restaurant Beverage license at the Hickory Wood Bar-B-Q, 315 Fremont Street, formerly issued to Gus and Helen Corey, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. The Commission considered the application of Larry C. Atkinson for a Wholesale and Impor­ters Beverage License at 601 North Main Street, dba Larry Atkinson, Distributor. The Police Department recommended favorably on this application. Commissioner Fountain moved the application of Larry C. Atkinson for a Wholesale and Importers Beverage License at 601 North Main Street, dba Larry Atkinson, Distributor, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Consideration was given to the application of Drexel R. Denton for gaming license for 5 slot machines at the Hickory Wood Bar-B-Q, 315 Fremont Street formerly issued to Gus and Helen Corey. The recommendation of the Police Department was favorable. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Drexel R. Denton for license for 5 slot machines at the Hickory Wood Bar-B-Q, 315 Fremont Street be approved and the Super­visor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. The Commission considered the application of R. E. Timm, of Timm Distributing Co., slot machine operator for a gaming license at Uncle John's Pancake House, 1404 Fremont. The Police Department recommended favorably on Mr. Timm as a slot machine operator.
