\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement, C.A. 10401, dated May 17, 1947, with Nevada Construction Company, covering construction and laying of approximately 2,670 ft,- of cast iron water mains at Las Vegas, Nevada, as follows: Job N o . 1: Block 21, Pioneer Heights Addition, for Charleston Properties, Incorporated, 450 ft.-6” main Job No. 2; Block 6, Tract 3, Boulder Dam Homesite Addn., for C. Van Patten, 700 ft . - 611 main Job No. 3: Blocks 14, 16 and 29, Valley View Addn. and in "A11 Street to connection v/ith existing water line 1160 f t .~6” main in alley in Block 28, 360 ft,-8" main; consideration $3,005.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby,, ratified., approved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement, Audit 10402, dated May 17, 1947, between LVL&WCo., called “Company”, and Charleston Proper­ties, Incorporated, called “Subdivider”, providing for: 1 m Subdivider to pay to Company 81,480,. estimated cost of 450 ft, of 6 ” cast iron pipe line through Block 21, Pioneer Heights Addition, Las Vegas, Nev., beginning at a connection with existing water main in Clark Avenue; thence southerly 450 ft, through the alley of Block 21 to an end at.
