Bennett Dear Mr. Montgomery: In connection with additions to the property of the Water Company, the cost of which will be added to the basic purchase price under terms of agreement with the Water Company covering sale of water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I am sending you herewith, two copies of our “Detail of Estimated Expenditures" dated December 8, 1953> covering construction of the following described project which it is proposed to construct, subject to approval of our executives under conditions as noted on the face of the estimate: Construct approximately 5 LF of 6" cast iron water main to serve portion of Block 1, Boulder Dam Homesite Addition. I am also sending you herewith, two prints of our Drawing B-599 dated December 3» 1953» showing location of proposed water mains. If you approve the construction of the above described project on the basis of data referred to above, will you please approve one copy of this letter and return to Mr. Harry F. Miller for further handling and approval by Mr. ThomasA. Campbell, Chairman, Board of Directors, Las Vegas Valley Water District, as required under Section 13 of Agreement "C'L.D. 113^2 dated June 1, 1953, covering the sale of the water production, storage and distribution system to the District, in the space provided
