Los Angeles, November 13, 1944 7334 Mr. V. M. Jeffers: In connection with my letter of the 6th with reference to meeting held in Las Vegas on November 3rd to discuss the water situation, I am in receipt of the following letter from President Keloh of the Chamber of Commerce: "Me wish to express our sincere thanks to you for attending the reoent water conference.held in Las Vegas. We appreciate the spirit of cooperation whioh has been shown by your company, and are confident that a proper solution to this vital water problem will be worked out to the mutual benefit of everyone concerned. "A transcript of the proceedings'at the hearing will be mailed to you in a few days and we will keep you fully informed on any future action taken by thi s organlsat ion." W. H. GUILD
