J. ?• Maok - Los Angeles (2) Due to contamination}either In ^Little Spring*, (designated as Big Spring on map) or pipe line from spring to settling basing the water flowing therefrom has been and is now wasting on ground near the settling basin. Present flow from this spring is approximately 100 O.P.H. About a month ago this spring was cleaned and ohlorinated but a subsequent report from the Health Department, dated December 1^, 1950* shows that contamination still exists and as a result the flow from the spring is still being wasted. X believe we will be subject to severe oritioiaa b y the State for continuing to waste thiB water.
