Itoyes J. Petersen is developing Alta Vista Tract Ho,3, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has requested Water Company to Install water mains to serve the Tract. Mr. Peters®! has agreed" tc deposit 15960.00 to cover the cost of the work plus ten (10$) percent for overhead and supervision, of which amount #5600.00 is subject to refund pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9. The balance of #360.00 represents cost plus ten (10$) percent for constructing three (3) fire hydrant connections which is not refundable but is capitalized as a Donation.
