Please note the attached letter received from the 01ty of Las Vegas, requiring the installation of sidewalks along LVL&W property on Sorth Main Street. fhe 200 ft. frontage la leased to Main Auto Parts and Nevada Metals at a rental of #35*00 and #3^*00 per month, respectively. A sidewalk exists on the east side of Main Street fro® Fremont to the Biltmore Hotel, except in the block where our property is located. At the time Horth Main Street was widened curbs were installed and the 0lty how requests that we install sidewalks. Estimate of local contractor is per square foot or about #450.00 for the Job.
