Jeffers W. M. was elected Director, President, and Chairman Executive Committee. Hereafter, all Land and later Company matters requiring Executive attention will, of course, be handled under Mr. Jeffers* direction* •Until otherwise advised, such matters as have heretofore been handled by Mr. Bracken and the undersigned, as fics-Freeidente of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, will continue to be so handled.** This for your information. %. 1.
