LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTIONS Bryant - Contractor CLD 16028 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 16028, dated April 18, 1968 with J. H* Bryant, Jr., accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and machinery required to paint office and restroom spaces at the Las Vegas Land and Water Company's warehouse occupied by Eckdahl Warehouse Company at 250 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California; work to be performed to the satisfaction of the Land Company for a consideration of $725.00 upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
