Easement dated November 28, 1947, and recorded December 16, 1947, as Document No. 273191. This easement was defective in that it described Lots 3 and 4 of Block 3 of South Fifth Street Tract #1, whereas South Fifth Street Tract #1 was not recorded until 1950. It is believed the intent of this instru­ment was to convey a right of way and easement over portions of Lots 3 and 4 in Block 2 of South Fifth Street Tract (the original plat). Reference is hereby made to the two easements covering portions of the last described lots recorded as Document Nos. 300903 and 300904 as set forth in Paragraphs 27 and 28, page 4, of our letter report dated May 15, 1953. 37. Your File No. 1-1037. V. H. Fisher and Julia A. Fisher, his wife, grantors. Easement dated June 26, 1953, and recorded June 30, 1953 as Document No. 408024, Clark County, Nevada records. Easement is defective in that the section, township and range are not mentioned and the description is insufficient to give proper notice of location. Covers the West five (5) feet of Lot 9 of Sunrise Association Stocks Subdivision No. 1, as shown by map thereof on file in Book 4 of Plats, page 25, in the office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada. 40. Your File No. 1-1076. Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, grantor. Easement dated March 24, 1954 and recorded April 5, 1954, as Document No. 7180, Clark County, Nevada records. Covers the West five (5) feet of Lots 1 to 10, both inclusive, of Sunrise Association Stocks Subdivision No. 1, as shown by map thereof on file in Book 4 of Plats, page 25, in the Office of the County Recorder of Clark County, Nevada.
