    % lying h q at of a lino distant 165 foot f. of spring and parallel with the 1. lino of said Sec. 22, more particularly described as follows, to^wit: Commencing at the center of said Sec. 22; thence east along the s* lino of the N, l/g of said See. 22 to a point in a line which is parallel with the E. line of said Sec. 22 and distant V, 165 feet from the nearest edge of spring as now locatedj said line being also distant approxi­mately 410 feet west of the east line cf said Sec. 22; thence N. along e&id line 165 feet W. of spring to a point in the N. line of the s. 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of said sec. 22; thence W. along said N. line of the S. 1/2 of 1/4 Section to a point in the W. line<of the E. l/k of said Sec. 22; thence & along the W. line cf the E. l/g of said Sec. to the ©enter of See. 22 and the place of beginning, containing an area of 67.6 acres, more or less, excepting and reserving, however, to the said Sgn Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company a right of way overall of said lands for a pipe line from the springs owned by said San Pedro, Los Angeles & salt Lake Railroad Company on the s.E . 1/4 of the N.l. l/4 of ©aid Section 22, Y. 24 S*, R. 10 W., Salt Lake Base & Meridian, and the right of access to said pipe line at all times for the construction, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of the same.
