To County Assessors: You are hereby directed to place on the tax rolls of your several counties the valuation o f interstate and intercounty railroads aiid pub­lic utilities hereinafter set forth under the following resolution: W hereas, A public hearing beginning on the first Monday in May, 1943, having been held and continued from day to day, and all parties interested having been heard or afforded fu ll opportunity to be heard, either in person or by their agents or attorneys, as provided in section 6546 N. C. L. 1929, as amended, Stats. 1939, p. 280 • and the Nevada Tax Commission having fu lly considered every element, and fa irly weighed all evidence placed before it by which assessment valuations shall be established by the said Commission on the several kinds and classes of property mentioned in said section; therefore, be it Resolved, That the following valuations within Nevada, including all elements named in said section are hereby established fo r the several interstate and intercounty railroad and public utilities companies enu­merated herein, fo r assessment and taxation purposes fo r the State, counties, municipalities, and towns, fo r the year 1943. RECOMMENDED V A LU A T IO N S The following valuations within Nevada fo r the several intracounty railroad and public u tility companies, enumerated herein, are supplied the Assessor fo r his use, having been compiled by the Nevada Tax Com­mission fo r 1943 on the same uniform basis as the interstate and inter­county valuations of railroad and public u tility companies over the assessment o f which the Nevada Tax Commission has original juris­diction : 135
