Bennett Will you please prepare usual form of Refund Agreement with Heers Associates of Nevada, a Nevada partnership whose address is Twin Lakes Lodge, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the construction of cast iron water sains and fire hydrant connections to serve Heere Subdivision Nevada-1, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 4, Page 11 of Plats Clark County Nevada records. The location of said water mains and fire hydrant connections are as Indicated on map which will be furnished you by Mr* H, L« Adamson. It has been agreed between the Subdivider and the Water Company that the total cost of constructing said water nalne (exclusive of the cost of constructing fire hydrant connections) is t°7»3^9.50, of which amount the Water Company will pay to the Subdivider a* a result of the Agreement between the Water Company and the Subdivider that approximately 2730 LF of 14* cast iron water mains is r*q«L by the Water Company to adequately serve the ultimate development of the area, but is of larger diameter than is required to serve the presently proposed subdivision and the Water Company will therefore assume the difference in cost of installing approximately 2?JO LF of pip# in lieu of approximately 2730 LF of 12® pipe which difference is agreed to be $4,749.00, which results in the total agreed cost to Subdivider of $62,600.50. SUBDIVIDER AGREES: 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to construct: (a) Approximately 2730 LF of 14" cast iron water mains. (b) Approximately 1070 LF of 12* cast iron water mains, (o) Approximately 3310 LF of 8" cast iron water mains. (d) Approximately 6645 LF of 6" cast iron water mains, (e) Approximately 232 LF of 6" oast iron fire hydrant connections. The cost to the Subdlvider of constructing said water sains (exclusive of cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections) is agreed to be the sum of f62,600.50. 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 14", 12", ># and 6* Class 150 Bell and Spigot oast iron pipe which shall conform with Federal Specifications W 421 Typi
