    Las Vegas - January 30, W 33-1-17 1943 Mr. E. E. Bennett, General Solicitor, Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir: Referring to our conference with regard to securing approval of the Public Service Commission covering the contract with McNeil Housing Company, for installation of water mains, south of Charleston Blvd. and Secretary, Lee Scott, of the Commission in Carson City, yesterday and they are agreeable to the rule we submitted. However, one or two slight changes were made, as you will note from attached copy which they drew up and I call particular attention to the fact that the words "adjacent to" were eliminated from the proposed rule, I do not approve of this because it will require us to oarry water to locations not now adjacent to our mains, anywhere within the city limits. telephone tomorrow and wish you would phone me as soon as you receive this.
