B, & M.; consideration $10.00 and other valuable consideration; subject to State, County and City taxes for the fiscal year 1941, and conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo. coal, oil and mineral rights; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing Notice of Termination, dated December 20, 1941, addressed to J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, 623 Front Street, Needles, California, terminating effective December 26, 1941, lease agreement, Audit No. 9881, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, dated January 1, 1938, as extended to January 1, 1942, covering advertising signboard sites, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing Notice of Termination, dated December 20, 1941, addressed to J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, 623 Front Street, Needles, California, terminating effective December 26, 1941, lease agreement, Audit No. 10100, between Las Vegas Land and Water -7-
