    On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant % Secretary Bachman in executing LS Deed Audit No. 5240, dated April 7, 1953, conveying to John A. Alexander, a married man, and Allen F. Zalk, a married man, portions of Lots 21 and 22 in the 500-Acre Tract of Los Angeles Fruitland Association, Vernon, California, subject to; 1» Second installment of general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1952-1953? 2. General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1953-1954? excepting and reserving to LVL&WC0o all minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry? consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration? be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Rein­hardt in executing lease agreement C.L.D. No. 11306, dated April 10, 1953, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and Mrs. Ruth Olsen, Lessee, covering Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, Tract 1867, Yermo, California, for use as a site for Club House for 4-H Club? term beginning April 1* 1953, and extending to April 1, 1958? rental $5.00 for the term, payable in advance? subject to termination by either party upon 30 days* written notice? be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
