Bear Sir,- Your letter of August 3d, in regard to meeting at Carson City, August 16th, at which tax matters are to he taken up before the Commission. I think this is extremely important, and while little may he accomplished in gaining the end we desire, I think it is well worth while for Mr. McNamee, Mr. Adams and you to attend.
