in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No. 15975, dated February 21, 1968 with Clifford F. Vosler, accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machinery, and material as required to demolish buildings, remove debris, and clear two parcels of land owned by Las Vegas Land and Water Company, one parcel being adjacent to Etiwanda Boulevard in San Bernardino County, and the other parcel being northerly of Union Pacific’s railroad tracks in City of Industry, Cali­fornia, work to be performed to the satisfaction of the Vice President or authorized representative of the Land Company, for a consideration of $8,100.00, upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill and Secretary D. E. Clark in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 14470-2, dated February 26, 1968 extending term of agreement C.A. No. 10925 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern Counties Gas Company of California to and including March 28, 1972; said agreement covering con­struction, maintenance and use of a 2-inch gas pipeline in City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, with provision that rental for the extended term of five years shall be $5.00 payable to the Land Company in advance, and that all terms of -6-
