Reinhardt Page 2 August 28, 1953 It is my opinion that the District will take no interest in any outstanding bills collectible as they would have to add such bills collectible to the purchase price and it is my further opinion that the Water Company can make such refunds of monies collected under prior existing rates for this type of service deducting therefrom any amounts which may be due from those same customers under the present tariff rates for the service furnished them and in this connection, in view of the fact that there are just a few of such accounts, as I understand it, possibly a check should be made of the facilities they now have to see what rates they should pay under the tariff effective May 1, 1953.
