NO.10688 "NnL.D. 2682 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the / / 1 / day of % 1953, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company," Party of the First Part, and DAN H. PLUNKETT, with place of business located at 1480 South 7th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in developing the industrial area west of the Union Pacific Railroad right of way and immediately south of Charleston Boulevard, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 24" cast iron water main in Charleston Boulevard approximately 6 feet easterly of center line of proposed Clos Road, thence southerly in Clos Road a distance of approximately 620 feet. Commencing at a connection with proposed water main to be constructed in Clos Road at a point approximately 470 feet southerly of existing 24” water main in Charleston Boulevard, thence easterly a distance of approximately 26 feet. Together with the installation of approximately 25 LF of 6" fire hydrant connections to serve fire hydrant in location to be designated by city authorities. WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extensions in accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; and -1- H H
