Please hold the unused balance of the cards, as from time to time Mr* Waterman and/or I may ask you to send one elsewhere in Chicago, along with a supply of brochures* X am enclosing a copy of the ad which will be running in the Chicago Tribune and American on September 6, 18 and 26, for your information* Please note that the ad calls for the coupon to be sent to Mr* Waterman here at the Sands and that our Las Vegas telephone number is shown* However, you may receive direct calls for information or brochures* Should you mall any brochures from direct cells, X would certainly appreciate your keeping a record of the names and addresses if at all possible, as we then will be able to include them in our total count of ad responses* Your cooperation in helping us with this promotion as much as possible will be greatly appreciated.
