Our records reflect the following; In February 1952, you made a. payment in the amount of 115.75* our Receipt D ^?65. This payment covered water service for the months of July 1951 through January 31, 1952* In reviewing your account we found that you were charged for July 1951 water service in error, and we made an adjustment i n your account in the amount of §2*00, which we have credited to your account for the month of February 1952. .
