Folger: Referring to your letter of August 3rd, file W 1-1-2-B, with which you enclosed duplicate original of letter dated April 21, 1948, addressed to Messrs. Garside and Cahlan, in connection with construction of sewer along North Main Street to serve the property under option to Garside and Cahlan; I am returning herewith the duplicate original of letter of April 21st, which was signed by A, E. Cahlan, Mgr Dir. of the Las Vegas Evening Review Journal. Will you please deliver the letter to Mr. Cahlan for such disposition as he deems advisable.
